About Us
NSW Trustee and Guardian commenced operations on 1 July 2009 merging the Public Trustee NSW and the Office of the Protective Commissioner. The Public Trustee New South Wales was created by an Act of Parliament in 1913. Its role continues under NSW Trustee and Guardian to act as an independent and impartial Executor, Administrator and Trustee for the people of NSW.
We have a network of 18 branches throughout metropolitan Sydney and regional areas across NSW. Additionally, where a NSW Trustee and Guardian branch is not accessible, the Registrar of the Local Court is our Agent.
Our Sydney Office is located at: 19 O'Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000. We can be contacted for business enquiries on 1300 364 103.
Our Vision and Goals
