How to deposit your document in the Will Safe

You can make a Will Safe deposit by following these easy steps:

Step 1

Make a Will Safe appointment or call your local branch on 1300 364 103.

Step 2

Attend your Will Safe appointment and bring:

  • your original signed and witnessed documents
  • one form of current identification e.g. a driver’s licence, passport, pension card, or health card
  • a completed deposit form

You will need to attend in person so that we can verify your identity and so you can sign the deposit form. 

Step 3

Leave your document(s) with us and and pay the fee by EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard only. No cash, AMEX, Diners or JCB accepted.

Be sure to let your executor/attorney know where your Will/ Power of Attorney is stored.

How to retrieve your document from the Will Safe

If you would like to retrieve your original document, simply call 1300 364 103 and we can arrange for it to be delivered to your nominated branch for collection. Please allow five working days for delivery.
