Excluded information
Information we hold relating to our functions exercised as executor, administrator or trustee is 'excluded information' for which there is a conclusive presumption of overriding public interest against disclosure (as provided in section 43 and schedule 2 of GIPAA).
Under Schedule 1 of GIPAA, it is presumed that there is an overriding public interest against disclosure of excluded information (unless the agency consents to disclosure).
