We are still open and continue to deliver services, however we have implemented important changes in line with NSW Health advice.
Online video conference appointments to make your Will
Can’t visit us in person? We’re offering online video conference appointments, so you can make your Will from your own home.
Request an appointment online, or call your closest branch for more information.
Keeping you safe at our branches
Our branch locations are open, and appointments are available. You must make an appointment to visit a branch.
To keep our staff and customers safe, we have introduced:

social distancing markers to help with customer flow

hand sanitiser and single-use pens for our customers

optional masks for our staff

protective screens on our counters.
If you have an appointment, our staff may call ahead to ask:

if you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19
-
if you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
If you have, we will assist you to make a video conference appointment or reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Appointments at external venues
Appointments at external venues may be postponed at any time leading up to the event, following NSW Health advice.
If you have an upcoming appointment that needs to be postponed, our staff will contact you to discuss alternate options.
