Service update - Financial Management
From Monday 24 October 2022, NSW Trustee and Guardian is making changes to better support customers under financial management orders.
As your financial manager, we will continue to work with you to make financial decisions on your behalf.
With additional roles and teams, the client service officer you have previously communicated with may change.
We are making these changes to provide more helpful and timely customer services.
As we make changes, there might be some disruptions to our service.
