Changes to customer investments

From 1 July 2021, we’re simplifying how we manage investments for our financially managed and trustee customers.
Right now, we invest money across up to nine different investment funds.
From 1 July 2021, we will merge six of these funds into two.
The change refocuses our investment strategies on customers’ needs. The move will better support customers’ livelihood and aims to provide better investment returns.
Our current funds were reviewed by independent advisors who recommended the changes and our Financial Planning Unit was consulted as part of the process.
The change will be reflected in customer statements issued in January 2022.
There will be no cost to customers as part of this change.
