Financial management fees
All fees for financial management customers are exempt from GST. Fee reductions apply for customers with assets $75,000 and under.

Establishment |
The establishment fee is 1% of the value of total assets (excluding the customer's principal place of residence, accommodation bond and some other items e.g. motor vehicle and furniture) with a maximum fee of $3,000. If a customer's assets are below $75,000 the following reductions apply:

Management |
The management fee is calculated daily on the total value of assets NSW Trustee and Guardian is managing (excluding the customer’s principal place of residence, accommodation bond and some other items e.g. motor vehicle and furniture). It is charged at the end of each month. |
Account keeping |
The account keeping fee is $10 per month ($120 a year) If a customer's assets are below $75,000 the following reductions apply:

Investment |
The investment fee is 0.15% of the value of the trust account , 0.25% for Income Fund and 0.35% for Financial Management Growth Fund in NSW Trustee and Guardian per year (fees are GST exempt). |

Definitions
- trust account
A type of account where a person or organisation (the trustee) holds money on behalf of someone.
- assets
All of a person’s property including real and personal e.g. bank accounts, realty, shares in companies, cash etc.
- Income
Earnings generated over time.
