Our Customer Specialist Centre will operate the following restricted hours from Tuesday 11 January:

  • Cash collection and face-to-face meetings will operate from 8:30am to 12:30pm weekdays.
  • Phone and email support will continue to operate from 9am to 5pm weekdays.

Financial management orders

NSW Trustee & Guardian can be appointed by a court or tribunal to be the financial manager for a person with disability that affects their capacity to make financial decisions.
