Advance Care Directive

An Advance Care Directive (also sometimes known as a ‘Living Will’) provides a clear set of directions including your wishes and values that need to be considered before medical treatment decisions are made on your behalf. 

At this point in time, NSW Trustee & Guardian is unable to assist you to prepare an Advance Care Directive.
