It's important to have a safe, secure and accessible place to store your original Will and other planning ahead documents - and we can help you.
It's simple, it's secure, it's taken care of.
Our WillSafe and document storage service offers a single storage solution with electronic copies for additional security.
You can store the following documents with us:

Enduring Guardianship document, including your Advance Care Directive.
It is also important that you tell the following people where your Will and other documents are held:

Executor
-
Attorney
-
Other people such as your beneficiaries and any potential guardians listed in your Will.
How much does it cost to store my documents?

Free – if you choose to appoint us as your Executor or Power of Attorney

$29 – one-off fee for a single document deposit (Will, Power of Attorney or Enduring Guardianship appointment)

$49 – one-off fee for up to three documents

NSW Seniors Card holders receive a discounted $29 one-off fee for storing up to three documents instead of the $49 standard fee.
It’s easy to store your Will and any other documents with us
Request an appointment at your closest NSW Trustee & Guardian location and we can help you.
Once you appointment is confirmed, please prepare the following documents to bring with you:

your original, signed and witnessed Will, and any other documents

a completed deposit form (you can also complete this at your appointment)

one form of current identification, for example, passport, driver’s licence, pension card or health card.

Accessing your documents from our WillSafe
Your documents can be easily accessed from storage. They can be accessed by you or by someone authorised in writing by you to collect the documents. When the time comes, a document can also be accessed by someone who is entitled to commence to act under or in respect of that document. For example, in the case of your Will it can be collected by your executor after your death.
